This policy applies to digital products sold through adaminglis.com by Adam Inglis, including Adobe Lightroom presets.
Digital products are normally final sale
Because our presets are digital files supplied electronically, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivery begins or access to the files has been provided, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law.
Digital products cannot be physically returned, and access to downloaded files cannot reliably be revoked. We therefore do not normally provide refunds or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind after purchasing
- Purchasing by mistake
- Failing to review the product description or compatibility requirements
- Not having compatible software, hardware, or devices
- Lacking the technical knowledge required to use the product
- Deciding not to download, install, or use the files
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the appearance of a preset on a particular photograph
Preset results vary depending on the original image, camera, lighting, exposure, color profile, and any other edits applied.
Technical assistance
If you have difficulty downloading or installing your presets, contact studio@adaminglis.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access and install the files.
Before purchasing, please review the product description and confirm that you have a compatible version of Adobe Lightroom and a device capable of importing and using the presets.
Missing, defective, or incorrect products
Contact studio@adaminglis.com if:
- You did not receive access to the files you purchased
- The supplied files are corrupted or cannot be opened
- You received the wrong product
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- The product is materially different from its description
We will investigate and provide technical assistance, replacement files, a corrected product, or another appropriate remedy. A refund will be provided where required by applicable law.
Immediate delivery and cancellation rights
Where applicable, by expressly consenting at checkout to immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that your statutory right to withdraw or cancel may end once delivery or downloading begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Discretionary refunds
We may choose to provide a refund in exceptional circumstances as a gesture of goodwill. Any such refund is discretionary and does not create an entitlement to a refund in another case.
This section does not limit any right or remedy that a customer has under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
If the consumer law applicable in your country or region gives you a right that conflicts with this policy, the mandatory consumer-law provision will apply to the extent of that conflict.
