I am incredibly humbled and excited that one of my pictures was selected to be in Street Beats 2023.
Street Beats is an open-themed street photography exhibition, images can be taken anywhere (not just in Australia) and can push the boundaries of street photography See my work on show at Wolfhound Gallery in Fitzroy.
It’s an incredible opportunity to present my work at such an auspicious site, given that my uncle once owned a bar at the same location, albeit under a different name, many years ago.
Moreover, this exhibition holds a special significance to me because I grew up in the same neighborhood, just a few blocks away, in the Fitzroy housing commission flats. The convergence of these personal connections makes this exhibition even more meaningful.
